Alan, who has a background in engineering and science, is passionate about applying his data analysis and reporting skills to challenging conditions. Alan utilises his collaborative skills to work with others towards achieving a common goal,and enjoys successfully repackaging technical content for a non-technical audience.

Alan is a certified ITIL 4 professional and has achieved the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.

Prior to moving to Infrazone, Alan spent 10 years in the engineering and asset performance space, focusing on asset data and network analysis to inform strategic direction and investment decisions, monitoring and reporting on performance trends, and developing an asset management system.
