Simon Jones-Madill is an ITIL certified professional who is passionate about the provision of outstanding customer experiences.
With 18 years’ management experience across a wide range of sectors including Government, Health, Finance, Insurance, Technology and Telecommunications, Simon has a broad array of knowledge and experience to draw from. Simon has spent the last ten years managing IT and Telecommunications Service Desks for both IT outsourcing businesses and in-house.
Immediately prior to moving to Infrazone, Simon spent four years managing a Service Desk for one of New Zealand’s big four banks, transitioning the service from an outsourced vendor model to an in-house service.
